is this "I love you" cause my friend atr school speaks Chinese, and I was lookign in a dictionary and the pronouncing things sound the same as she said it:

—\爱你

Well you got the love you bit right, but not the word I.

Should read:I love you:‰äˆ¤你

Chinese Pinyin: wo3 ai4 ni3

whats with the 3 and 4 and 3 and trhe #'s after each word?

^^ I'm guessing the tonality or pitch of the phoneme, and are you going to tell a girl that you love her!? That's pretty adventerous!

lol, no. My friend, who speaks Chinese, told me how to say it. When I saw the words, it sounded formiliar.

They're tones. 3 is a dipping, down then up tone. 4 is a sharply falling tone.

我 爱 你
wo ai ni
I love you

probably,"予" is I in wu or cantanese

Hum...even in cantonese texts I see 我 ...

probably,"—\" is I in wu or cantanese
I speak cantonese.
"—\" doesn't mean "I"
"—\" , as I know , has a same pronunciation with ""ð"
and ""ð" is a old fanshion chinese which mean "you".
It just like Shakespeare words in English. It is a very old fanshion Chinese that people no longer use in daily life.

Besides, I also want to hear it in other languages! (...then would it be off topic??)

I'm going to guess it's 我也愛你. How close did I come?
