Hello all,
I'm a bit new around here, but not to Japan. I've lived here in the beautiful and exotic city of Nagoya for a bit over 7 years living off the fat of the land. Well, not so much the fat of the land, but I'm getting pretty fat. Not by American standards, of course, but kids will tell me 'Hey, why's your belly sticking out so far?' How am I supposed to answer that?
Anyway, I'm not fat. I'm just big ... bellied.

Hee Hee Welcome to the forum :cracker: i hope you have a fun time you sound a very nice person ^_^

-envy-envy- I'm moving to Japan in a few years!
Welcome to jref, I'm new here here too.

I'm also new, welcome JTalker and psychochou

From the great peaks that lie to your north, the Japan Alps, I reach over and extend my hand in a real neighborly manner, welcoming you to Jref !! WELCOME ! I'm sure you will be able to talk up a storm here, and enjoy yourself to the max...although doing so may not help with the tummy area.

I hope you stick around and join in with us all, and let us know about things for you down in that area. I've been down there a few times, and wish I were a little closer--at times. I look forward to seeing you 'round !!

Hello there Psychochou and JTalker!! Welcome to JREF!!

Enjoy yourselves!!

Hello and nice to meet you! I live in Aichi too, yoroshiku ne!
Haha, your belly is sticking out? Would you let me play a drum on your belly? I bet it will make a nice sound!

If you see a beeeeeatiful Japanese girl on the street in Nagoya, talk to her, cus it's me! (j/k) By the way, did you go see the Nagoya Matsuri? Saw the Eiketsu Gyouretsu Parade?

Thanks for all the welcomes.

Kyoko: I did go to the Nagoya Matsuri. I may have seen you there. You where young super cute girl, right? I wanted ot talk to you, but there were too many other guys with big bellies already talking. You can drum my belly, though. It's like a big hairy taiko. Hairy taiko? Eww... that's err... kinda gross. Sorry kids
