house rent/buy site

this is a pretty good website if you look for houses rent, buy in japan? what you guys think??

Firstly, I typed a search for 2LDK, Shinjuku, 200-250K, no other requirements.
0 results.

Then I searched for the sam kind of apartment I live in, there are thousands of 1LDK around Shinjuku, Yoyogi, Sangubashi... for the price of 160-200K.

The site returned zero results.

Maybe they are not fully connected to the supply channels yet?
