I recently returned from Japan, I was living in Tokyo for the past year learning Japanese. Stumbled upon these forums and thought I'd join. Anyone else here from Toronto, or from Japan living in Toronto?

From the roof of Japan, the Japan Alps !! I extend my greetings and a big WELCOME to JREF. I moved here, to this ice box of Honshu, from the deserts of Arizona...boy was it cold.

Well, one of my private students' daughter had lived in Toronto for a while, and that's as close as I can get...no wait, I had a short affair (if you will) back in college with a pakistani girl who lived in Toronto.

Anyway, nice to have you with us, and your Japanese looks good. I'm sure you'll enjoy checking out that area of the forum too. I look forward to talking with you as time goes on. See you 'round !!
