Hello, Katarina san. Welcome to the forum.

My name is Hirashin. I'm from Kyoto,Japan.

How did you become interested in Japan? What are you interested in about Japan?
Anime? Music?

Hirashin

Thank you for warm wellcome ^3^

I became interested in Japan about four years ago, when i started to watch anime.
At first i was watching anime the whole time, then i started to like j-rock and was listening nothing but that. After that i became interested in Japanese language and tried to learn it a bit through web, dictionarys, my freand was taking Japanese lessions and we kinda studiied together. But she wasnt seriously interested in that so... she gave up.

Actually i like and interested in everything Japanese, language, culture, music, anime, i like japanese food,..

^^ o sorry guess I overlooked that part of the thread. That's really cool, I have been watching Japanese shows since I was 2 with the original power rangers. I didn't even know that was from Japan originally until recently. That's pretty cool though it was the same with me. I love rice balls with seaweed wrapping, so good

yeah~! <3
i was watching power rangers too XD
but seriously didnt have slightest idea it was from japan XD
i remember i watched pokemon every morning when i was a kid ^^

Wow! Katarina, you were watching Pokemon every morning when you were a kid?
I'm surprised to know that in Slovenia Pokemon was broadcast every morning!

Have you watched any other Japanese Anime? Which is your favorite?

Hirashin

yeah i was up at 6.30 every morning to watch pokemon everyday xD didnt want to miss any episode^^
i watched bout 85 full animes.
i liked chobits, ghosts in the shell, claymore and many others and reall loved them x3

Wow! What an early riser you were! I have seen some episodes of chobits and ghosts in the shell. Since I haven't heard of claymore, I searched the Net for it and found its official webside. Zaki looks scary, doesn't he? Oh, I just noticed your screen name. Is it from claymore?

Hirashin

Yeah claymore is a bit scary x3 but i like it xD
um, actually my screen name comes out of my name(ke(from english pronounce)) and surname (za) XD
and it somehow came out zake ^^

Dobar dan, Katarina? (Am I saying it right?)

I think Serbs also say "Dobar dan". Is the Slovenian language very similar to the Serbian language?

oh, sorry. Your screen name doesn't have anything to do with Claymore. My guess was wrong.

By the way, where in Slovenia do you live, if I may ask? Ljubljana ? Are you a high school student?

Hirashin

yeah its a bit different from serbian and croatian. in slovenian its 'Dober dan' x3
i come from ljubljana yup x3 and am in second grade of high school =]

Oh, sorry, Dober dan, Katarina. OK?

Do you understand what Serbian and Croatian people say in their native language?

You live in Ljubljana. What is the city like? Do you like it there?

I live in Kyoto, which used to be the capital of Japan and has lots of historic sites to see
. I like Kyoto very much.

Hirashin

haha no prob x3
i am rally amazed that you know that much bout slovenia^^
most people dont even know if thats a state or city or so...

Well ljubljana is kinda... well its kinda boring, got nothing to do and have almost nowhere to go out and you cant really get things that are sold in other states... but still i like it much ^^

And here are many tourists from all over the world, specially in summer time ^^
