if a gazeboy lived next to me id just pretend like i didnt know who he was, and try to make friends with him by inviting him to a party at my house for example. alcohol - an easy way to get to know people XD
or maybe i could just invite him to dinner, you know, i could come up with this "heey neighbour, i live alone, you live alone(?), and i think its boring to make food just for myself so if you feel the same way, come join me for dinner sometime?

OR i could ask him to join a concert, ask if he knew about the band etc and that i was going alone and wanted someone to come along!
being neighbours is really a good excuse to talk to someone.. i think its harder to come in contact with people you see at the street or in a cafe for example.. whatcha gonna say to them? like "HEEEY i think you look like someone i could be friends with, my name is ..."? XD
in a bar its easy, though.. when people are drunk everyone are friends. but in a place like that, i have the feeling that 80% of the people there just want to find someone to **** after the bar's closed LOL.
my eyes are tired now, think i used like 15-20 minutes to write this post. not cause i type as slowly as a 90 year old man, but i had to think (and maybe i got a little lost in my thoughts for a while, too?
