Yes it's the second time
They deleted a lot more .. Other accounts and subbed and normal videos..

Damn they deleted a lot.. i checked my favorits and nearly every gazette video got locked down..

This kinda sucks.. i really don't understand why..
They should be happy.. it's worldwide commercial (in a way..)
I know they are licensed .. but.. damn.. how should non-japanese-speaking people understand that
I only mean those interviews and stuff .. I understand it when it's about Concerts.

I hope they don't start to delete the communities at lj.
 
I didnt say anything when hakitarun posted that her Gazerocks account had been deleted because I wasnt sure if it was an april fools joke or not... but it seems it wasnt and I think this is sick, really. I mean they are practically deleting EVERYTHING from youtube. Not only gazette. gackt. hyde. etcetc...this is so annoying

@ladyblack: I'm not sure if they CAN delete the communitys on LJ because most of them are private so they cant see what's posted there. I hope.

I just dont hope they are so crazy and register, join and delete it then when they see what's up there

Oh gosh this sucks. I just got an email today saying one of my videos had copyright issues and whatever.. and it was only a subbing video... The rest of mine are like that so I wonder if they're gonna take those down soon too...

And gaz3rox has really good videos! That is just so sad!
I really hope they don't do this to livejournal... I get my daily gazette-dosage there!

This is of course not true, all admins can see all threads and everything everybody posts, in private settings or not!

I have worked with this earlier so I know, ok, not on myspace, but on a php based forums, so I don't just think this, I know.

How ever there seems to be something weird going on at MySpace, links seems deleted or deflected other where, just to show up right again after a few re-tries. Probably a server virus, should be corrected after they fix it ...

I've actually read about a new virus that was suppose to hit now today on April the first on unattended computers with low anti-virus protection.

So it could hit other forums also, like youtube etc.


Hm, I have put a few Gazette pictures on the JRock support forum, and a Gazette top banner, though temporary as Olosta asked me to remove the "old one" and since I don't want to mess up the script, I put a Gazette banner until the weekend when Olosta have promised to make a new general JRock top banner to the site.

But I haven't published any youtube songs with Gazette, not yet anyways ... ... oh why would they mind ? *sulking*


How ever, the admins can't by them self decide what to delete or not, they have to be told by the one who have the copy right of the music and they have to inform the holder of the account that they have removed it from and say why. And they can't delete the account because of it, but they can remove the particular song if this is so.

@Crystalize: On youtube it's for sure no virus, because when i click on those vids in my fav-list i get the message 'this video was deleted because of bla bla bla belonging to the pscompany bla bla' .. the same with miyavi videos
 

I was not talking about Myspace, I was talking about Livejournal. And about the communitys on Livejournal.

And until you are no Livejournal-admin, owner of the community or a member (of the community) you cant see anything at all (IF they are private). So the companys cant see anything except that the community is "friends only". That's why I said either they have to join or be an admin of Livejournal (which I assume the companys are not).

And btw. I had two php-based forums earlier so I know that admins can see everything but Livejournal isnt a php-based forum, it's completely different.

but I also got my own Livejournal Community (more than one, four for a fact) so I know.

And about the Youtube videos that were deleted, it's no virus, this is going on for a long time already. Videos of several artists got deleted and accounts who put them up were deleted too because of copyright reasons *sigh*

Ok, I don't know this Live Journal that well, I think I've been there once only and I didn't think about how it was.

Yes at MySpace I have also sometimes seen that they delete the sound only from a video in some cases :-(


But there are other video pages like YouTube, I don't remember all names of them but Google video is one of them. So you have some options if you miss some particular song or so from YouTube
 
I hate this whole copyright thing. In my Deluhi-Community I made an extra LJ-Page which is friends only where the ppl can download their videos and stuff since I dont know how long it takes until this gets deleted from youtube too *sigh*
 
I HATE THIS COPYRIGHT SH*T!!!!

one of my videos was deleted today, and there are like.. no videos left on my favourites either.. how do they expect fans all over the world to follow them without youtube..XD and yt was the place i discovered everything under the name jrock and visual kei. im pissed off.

I saw yesterday the 'Burst into a Blaze 08' thing again.. omg this is so gorgeous.. Aoi is so full of power and is allways smiling (But sometimes his so called 'Dances' are really weird.. )
And everyone is really happy there.. Gosh i love it

Must be, I'm 10000% sure it is because of it. I had never have heard any of their songs before I checked them out at YouTube, and that also made me buy tickets to their concert when they was here, otherwise I never would have !!!

im so happy that i have NLSG tour on dvd. and decomposition beauty (this one has subbed backstage stuff, too ). thx to my ex who bought both of them and a cd for me when he was in germany XD i started to cry when i got them! the best gift ive ever gotten in my whole life.

i downloaded the whole subbed nlsg tour, cause im sure it will be deleted some time.. and its so fun to watch XD
 
I love NLSG, i got it on dvd, like Decomposition Beauty (this one is still my favourite... just thinking of Defective Tragedy and Aois screaming makes me melt) and I got some more on DVD and still love watching them all *sigh* This band really is amazing, I wonder if they soon do another DVD. I wouldve loved if it was their 7th Anniversary live but it wasnt recorded
 


Iiiiiiiihhhhhhhhhh, they deleted all my videos that was linked from YouTube from my "Tagged" profile.

Obviously they are cleaning up loads of communities that embeds YouTube videos now ! *cry* ...

The only one they left was a Google video file and that because it wasn't from YouTube ... oh, what am I going to do now ... sniffles ...this is cruel !

They even delete pictures, of famous people that they don't think is your pictures to have, they even deleted a picture slide of me, that really is me, but maybe they didn't think it was, I don't know, I'm just shocked !!!

i was also wishing for that they would release the 7th anniversery on a dvd.. but im sure they will record the next tour final, but that's a loooong time to wait!

well, copyright does exist to protect people, who are living from intellectual work, like writers, musicians and so on. So to some extent they have the right to delete the videos to protect the authors..
buuuuuuuuuuuut...
on the other hand, youtoube and internet in general helps to spread these thing to people who woldn´t have a chance without it...
I think they could silently tolerate things like this...at least to some extent...because people, who like these bands, will buy the cd or dvd sooner or later anyway...
something similar happened to aarinfantasy a year (?) ago, when japanese publishers (!) wrote an official letter to withdraw several yaoi mangas and animes ...it was a disaster...


@propert of reita: I hope there will be more of ff like this from you... I have read yaoi ff, but I am not allways in the mood to read how the gazeboys ravish each other
