I don't think that he has a nose piercing.
Perhaps it only looks like this because either the scanner of the person had some dirt while scanning or the photoshop-photographer-staff of Gazetto screwed up witht he editing? (They screwed up with the editing once with a Picture of Ruki)
And where would be the sense, when Reita wears a nose piercing AND a Noseband?

Hmmmm I really think it is a nosepiericing.. and i think reita wears it for himself, so he has no attention to show it to the public.
I don't know what else this could be, it looks like a piercingball (because it's metallic and round)
