I don't like that Kai became too serious. He stopped smiling.
I hate new single Leech. It's like copy os Linking park. They are started following Dir en Gray way. I hate their new clip, I hate new Ruki's image. GLAMOUR!!! He is Glamour! >_______< I'm disappointed(
 
um, I don't think Kai stopped smiling, he just looks serious in the photoshoot esp. in leech photoshoot xD
I just watch Kai radio show to see his cute smile
and I wonder who the Linking park is:? you are not the 1st person who said that:?
and ya Ruki in the LEECH looks awful to me and he also admits that but hey he is back to blonde and gorgeous again

those topples pic's or reita are really old. There is one of the same shoot were he is sitting in a chair. He didn't had any muscle at all. So I think If you would see him topless nowdays he will look diffrent

linkin park has more hip hop
both good bands though

My example about Dir en Gray is not as you thought about... I mean... I'm afraid Gazette can be more European? Do you understand? Stop be Visual Kei and change their music as Dir en Grey has changed.

I ABSOLUTLY love Leech, Distorted Daytime and Hole.
If the GazettE doesn't want to be extreme w/the visual kei aspect than I could really give a crap as long as they continue to make good music. It was their music that made me a fan and it's their music that keeps me as a fan.

And I don't think they sound like 'Nsyncin Park(thats what a dj for a rock station in my area calls them, but I like them so don't get crazy on me people).

And about that vid. Has anyone noticed the ring on Ruki's left ring finger @ 1:44?

I just noticed because they kept looking at what he was drawing and I saw something shiny(I love shiny things) and I was like "is that his left finger?" :?

Does he wear rings on that finger sometimes and I just haven't noticed?

Huh, ofcourse, the main problem is not their appearance, but music... it's changing. Sounds like European groups... and it's really sounds like LP. Just because not only I think that. About 4 peoples, who I know, found that it sounds like LP (especially song that have no clip, I don't remember the name)... So, we will wait a new song, maby they will become Gazette again, as their was always, they will take back their unuque sound.
 

I really don't think Leech sounds like Linkin Park at all, I love Linkin Park and it's far off. They're still GazettE no matter how you see them, just because they don't play how you think they should play, then that's your own problem. lol I'm going to get crap for saying that, but it's my own personal opinion. Everyone has their own opinion, my opinion, Leech was one of GazettE's best songs.

If a band doesn't change at least a little, they become a little boring. They're trying to find new ways to create music.

@Arinochka I said this on one of their vids on yt and I'll say it here.
It amazes me everytime when fans of the GazettE are suprised when they have a different sound. They're the GazettE, its part of who they are. They change their sound w/every single that comes out. They have even said they don't like staying w/one sound, so w/every single they put out they are trying to crush their previous image.

And frankly, I'm glad they don't stay the same. I have lost intrest in so many musicians because they kept doing the same thing over and over again.

And so what if they sound a little more European? Maybe after going over there they heard some things that they like and wanted to try and put some of that into their own music. They are musicians and my understanding of musicians is that they are always being influenced by other genres of music.

And who is this old GazettE that people keep talking about? Is it Cockroach? Is it Cassis? Is it Anata no Tame no Kono Inochi? Is it Zetsu? Is it Discharge? Is it Miseinen? Is it Filth in the Beauty? I could on and on. The point is they never stay the same.

Well that was long winded.
 
@ Mgclannen ... The ring on his left finger is clearly visible... and the ring on THAT PARTICULAR FINGER is what worries me... Its not like any of his other rings... doesn't have any particular design, no cool carved shapes, no skeletal faces to go with it! Just.A.Plain.Silver.Ring............................................... (I'd die if he gets engaged!)

about the new style of music The Gazette have? Well... I must say that the latest single isn't exactly what I had been expecting... I'm not going to compare them to Linkin Park, cuz i like that band and I don't see the resembelance exactly... but I can't lie and say that their music hasn't changed... Don't take me wrong though... I absolutely ADORE Leech.. and Distorted Daytime and Hole are quite good... but the songs keep getting shorter.. and shorter... (Leech about 4min, Hole : 3min...), and most importantly... its not "GazettE" anymore... the song styles aren't like the Gazette I've heard and fallen in love with... I hope they keep their japanese feel to music and not go European, though I'm quite sure I'll be sticking by them no matter what￢

@taka Thats what I was thinking! I wouldn't think anything of it if it had a crazy design or whatever, but its just plain. Like the ones you get as a wedding band. But then you never see guys wearing a ring on that finger if they're only engaged. They only start to wear one after they get married.
What if he secretly got married?! That'd be crazy.
It'd be like "damn! :auch: there go my unrealistic chances"
Although there could be a design on it and we just can't see it.

I thought they were both called the ring finger? You just refer to them as either left or right and that engagement rings were worn on the left one. Or do you call it something different in Malta?

And your right their songs are getting shorter! I never noticed that before. I wonder why? :?
 
well, i spent last night listening to LP xD and the only similarity between GazettE and LP is both of them are great bands

And I totally agree with Mg, their style changes with every release and they want to show us their different styles which is great. LEECH is an amazing song and the PV ( I don't know if im exaggerating in this one) but it is one of the best pvs i watched in this year. I totally love both the pv and the song but the other tracks like DD and Hole, it took me awhile to like them because i was not used to Gazette heavy metal style
and what i miss about old GazettE music is songs like [DIS], ruder, The $ocial riot machine$ etc. I get so hyped whenever i listened to songs like these
and if you don't like the single, it is ur opinion and i totally respect it.

oh my God, they are so cute like small kids at school and Ruki and his dorky laugh I wish i could understand what they are saying . The only thing that i understood is "baka' or it sounds to me baka don't know xD. and about the ring thing, I know that he is not interested in marriage at all, I don't know if he met someone that made him change his mind :?

I told not about Leech. About other new song.
I don't tell they should play as I want, I just want they to stay unique with their unique music. I don't want the same situation with Dir en Grey, when they have betrayed their one music style just for having posibility to be popular In America. And they didn't care about their Japanese fans.
So, time will show: if they stay following their one way or not.

Don't worry Shimaﾂ? Its on his right hand (not the left, ring finger) and its seemingly got a little simple design on it...
and to mgclannen, about the ring finger here in Malta.. I'm no expert... but as far as I know, we only refer to the ACTUAL wedding ring finger as the "ring finger"... don't think we call the other the same way...
and maybe/hopefully its just a random ring he decided to put on (andnotoneofengagement)...so hopefully, we'll not be seeing it again or he wears some different designed ring insteadﾂ??.. *begs on her knees*
And no, I don't think ur making a bigg fuss about it... cuz I'm probably just as bad!!!

@Dove After reading that interview w/Ruki talking about love, it would take a lot for Ruki to consider marrying someone. Like sleeping curled up like a puppy.

@shima We weren't talking about Aoi, we were talking about Ruki in the Beat Shuffle interview. You know the one that is PRIVATE now? what is that about anyway?
But yeah Ruki has a ring on his left ring finger that is suspiciously plain.
