And I've had and lost a lot more pets then I talked about in my previous post. Its just these two were MY pets and they died w/in 6 months of each other. And to top it all off they had to die on a vet's examining table not at home like other pets I've had. And did you now the color of the euthanasia for pets is PINK?! Idk why that bothers me so much.......its like isn't that suppose to be a happy color?
But right now my family has a shih-tzu, one cat, 2 cockatiels, and about 10-15 fish.
But over the course of my life we've had 4 dogs, 6 cats, probably well over 50 fish(all added up), 5 birds, 4 or 5 box turtles, a guinea pig, a hamster, 3 mice, a newt, a duck, a rooster, and 4 chickens. oh and we bred our shih-tzus(RIP) and she would have litters of either 4-5 or 7-8 over the course of 7 or 8 years, so we had a bunch of shih-tzu puppies running around too. the shih-tzu we have now is one of the puppies from her last litter.
So yeah I've had animals die before, but like I said these were my babies and they died at the vet, not at home and they were in a lot of pain. I think thats what upsets me the most, not just that they died but they died that way.
Well that was depressing................................ and kind of theraputic.
