Did anyone have a favorite song(s) on the NIL album? I'd have to say I liked Shadow VI II I and Silly God Disco the most. Shadow VI II I reminded me of older Gazette songs, and Silly God Disco was...silly (in a good way). Pretty adventurous. I also thought the other songs were really good. I didn't think Cassis was as bad as some people say it is. It was pretty good, but I think I liked Reila (fav. Gazette song) better in terms of ballad-like songs. A few of them I didn't really like at first, but they really grew on me.
I also noticed on the album that Gazette has a different sound. Not drastically different, but there was something about it that was different from previous releases. I think change is a good thing in a band's music, means they're trying out new things, and won't get boring. I'm curious to see what they'll release next.

I also liked Shadow VI II I the best (it seems to be a lot of people's favourite! =P) and also Discharge.

my fav. songs.. The End, Nausea & Shudder, Namaatatakai ame to zaratsuita jounetsu, dln, shadow, discharge,silly god disco. but i dont like cassis other than the beginning part.. other than nil songs, the other songs i like most are Toguro, and also Reila

actually i love the whole album. i really loved Nausea & Shudder, The End, dln, shadow, discharge,silly god disco as well as Bathroom

The whole thing's really good ^^
I'm started to like Shadow a lot more than nausea and shudder. I especially love the middle part were they sing sorta a cappella(exclude the guitar).
I looked up the translation for silly god disco, and I just realized most of it was english!!! >< God...Ruki's english is so vague, I could only catch a few words.

@pinkusagi- Naw it's okay! I'll go someday! ^.^ It's a matter of patience.

i thought that even if they had an age limit in Japan, it'd be pretty lenient, i heard that they're not allowed to mosh like we do in other countries ^^;

I totally agree! Like in the song 'Cassus' I didn't know they were speaking English until I searched the lyrics on the computor. Hahaha.

Shadow is one of my fav ones too.....
About Silly God Disco ☝ I didnt notice it was mostly in english until I read your post and looked for the lyrics....Ruki's english is so funny!!! I could bearly understand a few words hahaha well who am I to judge his english if mine sucks

urs doesnt suck =D haha and neither does ruki's... his english is just interesting =P hahahhaha i kinda guessed it was english... ive learned that whenever i hear a jrock song and dont instantly recognize that its in japanese... its probably in english =P hahaha

man... to tell ya the truth.. i use to skip through DISCHARGE... i didnt like how it sounded -_- but then... i find myself growing a lil love for that song now =) hahaa its so... nice? i dont know how to explain it

Thanks for the commpliment about my english hahaha.

I dont like Discharge as much as the other ones either...but I can listen to it without complaining hahah

I'm mostly a Dir en Grey fan, since like ...I can't remember but I'm starting to get interested in Gazette more and more! I'm a fan and always will be of Hide, may he rest in peace. (We miss you!) I completely love shadow...i was so happy ehn i first heard it that i frickin called up poeple and broke the phone again...(the first time was zetsu). Me and one of my friend did a really random street preformance of silly disco god...i love that song too xD. I think ruki's english really improved thro. in Carry? i could barely pick up any english but in silly disco god i picked up cheese!!

Somehow I feel relieved.

Oh, and to Remi-and-Ryem and Another Aoi Fan, Aoi's being married is most likely just a fan-made rumour. And, really, he's an adult, he can do what he wants to do with his life. So, really, it's nothing to worry about, seeing as there's nothing anybody can do about it if it's true (and no one can verify that it's true...).

Has anyone posted/seen pictures from the new Fool's Mate? If not, I'll see if I can scan them. I'll try my best with the scanner. I can't promise anything though! Computer tech. things are not one of my strongest abilities. May the battle between girl and scanner begin... :box:

Perhaps they are married to each other.
(Sorry for that - I just felt particularly... shall we say 'stupid' at this moment! or perhaps 'ridiculous' really is a better word. )
