I have a lip ring like that on right now...the spikes can hurt sometimes....yup i bought mine at a normal store in a mall ...i also buy my strangely coloured hair dyes there too...i have seven colours in my hair at this point in time ...yup pertyfulI randomly dropped in the thread just to say that it's sometimes hard to find lip-rings like that in actual piercing shops, but the internet is your friend.
Just search for spirals, or spiral cones, and you should find something.
I've found some on E-bay (though, when ordering jewelry on Ebay, you have to make sure to sterilize it before you wear it even if they say it's already sterilized ... cause that's just gross!)
I have one just like the Aoi/MYV style, but I've found that it doesn't look as good as the other ones do on me.
