Fee payment at Tokyo Tech.

Good day everyone.

I have a question about fees payment of graduate programs in Engineering at Tokyo Institute of Technology. I understand application fee is paid only once and tuition fee is paid yearly; my question is:

Admission fee has to be paid only once, every semester or every year?

I need to know this as soon as possible so I would really appreciate if you could help me out.
