I have a doubt that I shouldn't have… for example should I say 黒 い 車 or 黒 い の 車? Or also 私 の 車 の 鍵 or
私 の 車 鍵? Are both right? When should I use the の as a possessive adjective? Thanks.

It's 黒い車 and 私の車の鍵. Generally speaking, の is needed for nouns. Notice that 車 is a noun while 黒い is an adjective by itself, as same as 高い, 寒い or 重い.
