Does anyone have Pimsleur level 2 notes?

I have made it to level 2 of Pimsleur's Japanese audio program and unfortunately, unlike level 1, I cannot find notes for level 2.

There are some long streams of posts about this from 2005 and from what I've gathered, the level 1 notes were created an enthusiastic Pimsleur user. Several people showed interest in transcribing notes for level 2 but I haven't been able to find anyone who has done it and posted it. By this time surely someone must have created some notes!

Would you be willing to post them or send a link where they can be found? Thank you so much!
