I called cbgbs. Tickets for the d'espa show go on sale the day of the event, you buy them at the door. They are $10 each

Also, I heard that the Hartford show was originally 18+ but now I think it's been changed to all ages or something... Is anyone going to that show??

Oh man I wonder how bad the line at CBGBs will be. Anyone going to be camping out there? I know I am.

oh dear god......plz dont mention camping ......im gonna die.......after being in ct....driving back to nj......and then cbgb......then back to nj.....im gonna die...but i know of like 6-10 people that r going.....maybe u can come with us precious when do u think ur gonna arrive...
 
^ I live in NYC so I can get there as early as 8:00 a.m. heheheehe. But hopefully I won't have to camp that long or else I WILL starve to death. Dumb question but you think there's going to be a massive line that early on?

Anyone else definitely going? This will be my first JRock live so i'm very excited.
 
awww thats so awsome! my first jrock live was despa too T_T i hope not....

i just thought about a bunch of my friends and i got photo passes to take a picture with them at anime next.....after me following them for days.....and not having a place to stay or shower.....im gonna be disgusting and grimy looking in that photo X_X all i n eed is my flat iron......as long as my hair looks good its all i care about.....LOL
 
I will be there very early, hopefully. How long will D'espa even play since there are other bands supposed to be playing, too, and does anyone know the lineup (besides D'espa of course). I didn't see anything on the CBGB website, but I didn't look very hard, either.
 
i hope despa is last.....r they the feature band? well i mean we all know most of the fans there will be for despa X_X
 
On the CBGB website, I checked and the only band I saw listed for that day was D'espa I think, but I think they will be having more bands because that's what I've heard. Isn't it supposed to be like a metal night or something??

I know for the Hartford show there are like 6 bands playing that night, so D'espa won't play until around 10:30. I think I heard that in a livejournal community. Also, for the Hartford show, the stage D'espa is supposedly playing is mega tiny, a foot off the ground (literally) and the only way on to it for the bands is to walk through the crowd. -_- *woo* Talk about initimate atmposphere, haha I'm just afraid that if there is pushing like the Avalon show, and someone is in the front, if there are no barriers couldn't they easily fall onto the stage?? And I know some crazy fangirls may try and jump on the stage and run off with their favorite band member XDDD

Anywaaaaysss! Is anyone going to the Hartford show??? I'm def going to that one, and now most likely the CBGB one ^-^
 
^ From what I read at jhouserock: At CBGBs Despa is the first to take stage at 8:00. There should be a total of 5 bands. None of the other bands are listed though. I should have asked when I called lol. I personally just want Despa to play all night hehehhehe.

But I guess i'll check out the lines in the morning. If I see alot of people camping out I might as well sit my butt down on line too.
 
^ I have no clue. Hopefully for 45 min at least. But for $10 i'll go to see Despa play even if it's for one or two songs.

I think i'll like them playing first because if I don't like the other bands I can leave and go some other place. The night will be young.
 
u do have a point......i would pay 10 dollars just to see despa play a few songs...i hope they announce the other bands soon....i hope they r good too even if the nights young id rather not wander around and figure out what to do for 2 hours before we actually do it......
 
oh we cant camp out or make a line early before the show starts...there is someone that lives upstairs and they call the cops when people are lining up or even camping out. so...yea u prettty much have to been "in the area" and then line up when the door opens...and u cant buy tickets in advance on that day. i called the venue with my friend and they said if its not on ticketweb then it will just be cash at the door
 
Darn I rather just sit down on the streets than wander the streets til 8:00. What to do what to do. Maybe i'll just stay at my friend's place til 7:00 then go check it out. He lives 5-10 minutes away. Bah I hate paying at the door.
 
definately.....sure people r gonna camp out anyways and im sure so many concerts go on and even if she calls so much im sure cops periodicly ignore her requests for being such a ***** X_X

does anyone have any pictures of despa in their WHITE outfit.......(not concert photos) but like portrait or like magazine photos or anything because im trying to make a shirt before i go to ct weds for my "stalk despairsray tour"

single photos only...i sorta want head shots so i can put their faces on my shirt...not really looking for a group photo unless its really awsome i guess....


i need them asap if possible...thanks.....nice large pictures....if possible...

actually stores closed sunday by the time i wanted to get shirt paint.....i spent 5 hours searching for shirt paint monday......and since im leaving for ct weds....i was short on time...i ended up not cutting out their faces onto my shirt.....so i just used the despa logo across the chest....messed up a little....1 letters messed up but its ok

im leaving for ct tomorrow......im going to all despa concerts and picture and autograph session......if u wanna met up with me and people with me.....msg me for my cell #

I'm sorry about your shirt troubles...
Maybe it's a good thing you didn't get D'espa on your shirt tho, because then people would be compelled to stare at their beautiful faces and would run into you on accident. I know I would.
