ayaka no totsugeki eikaiwa means "ayakas surprise english lesson", eikawai means english conversation, what does totsugeki mean?

totsugeki is the "surprise" part. It literally means "sudden attack."

use freedict.com, type in the bottom half and it will open a new page with the english meaning. Remember that some words don't have a meaning by themselves, but others can be used instead. The one you mentioned is an example. So is bored.
I am bored.
Bored has no Japanese word, but there is the word boredom, which seems to branch as bored as well.
