chevron

What do you call these blue chevrons in Japanese? I'm looking for the word for the shape in general but more specifically what you would call it in this context (of pavement marking). Like if I wanted to say "Bicycle lanes are marked by blue chevrons" in Japanese. The dictionary says chevron is 山形紋 but I have no idea if that word is actually used in this context.

or, ブルーウイングマーク, which I think is used by nobody.
