Change URL on submitted links in Directory

Hi, I'd like to change the url of the webpage I submitted few years ago.
It's currently under the Directory -> Travel and Tourism -> called Japan on Budget submitted on Nov. 18, 2005. I since updated the webpage to Gaijin Traveler: Cheap Japan Travel.

Can you make this change. Whenever I try to make a change, it asks me to login but the website keeps kicking me out.
