Cannot reset password

Hi, I cannot reset the password on my user account (Colin). I had to create a new account just to post here for help. I complete the reset password form and I receive an email with a link to visit to finish the reset process. I visit that link and the site informs me that my password has been reset and emailed to me. The problem is this second email with the new password never arrives.

I have checked for spam filters at all possible spots but I cannot find where the email might be getting blocked. I used the contact form on the site to ask for help but I never heard anything back. Can anyone help me out? I'd like to get back into my old account but I don't know what the password is now!
