I saw an episode of In Japan a while ago, they had a clip of a video from a band called Canabis. The video was really tripy, it had a room full of gliter balls and someone sining in the middle!

The music wasnt bad either, I really want to hear more. I did ask a friend to get me one of their CD's when she went back, but I doupt she'll find anything. Does anyone know anything about this band, any links to info, music or video clips.

Thanks I would really apreciate it, obviously you can guess what I usually get when I do a search for them!

Yeah I picked up their latest CD when I was in Tokyo last year, their cool. Really cheesy but still cool, quite heavy as well.

Anyone know anything about canabis?

K, I rewatched the clip. The Band is called "Cannabis" and the song is called "How to Love Me". It looks as thought the lead siger is male, but there also seams to be a woman in the band. From the clip dont quite know what her part in the band is, hummm...

From what is available on the Web, album "Astro Dance" (2001) that the OP bought is the only album they had released (at least from Warner Music Japan).

The other "Keiken (Experience)" (2001) is what is called a "maxi-single CD" consisting of 3 songs only.

Oh right, thats gay. Would really like to hear more of their stuff, and would kill to see the rest of that video!
