Another one recently added to Word Reference forums - already thriving. Very strict but clever.
中文+方言 (Chinese)

I am also part of Chinese Forums from Supervin's link. It's definitely the biggest and the best resource.

Hey,
There is no Chinese learning forum...
You have some softwares you can download, and listening courses you can find on the net.
You can also meet Chinese people and talk to them on skype or MSN, for example on we2st.com. but, going to school is the best way...
