Best (and most affordable) Summer Programs

I have been strongly considering doing a summer program in Japan. I have been doing some research and found a few good results, but I was wondering if anyone here has any knowledge or recommendations for these programs. I would like this to be something where I go to japan, so it is necessary that these schools have living accommodations of some sort. I am a high school student so preferably they would be geared towards my age group. Also if they offer credit for high school that would be great but it's not a deal-breaker. Lastly and most importantly it needs to be somewhat affordable.

If going abroad does not work out I'd be willing to settle for a language school based in the United States. This would have to be in the eastern part of the country. I am in MA, and don't really feel like flying somewhere. Thanks in advance for your responses and recommendations.
