Account disabled?

Hi, my account (under the name momascene) has been disabled for a while now. At first, I thought it was because I was new, and needed to await approval, but it's been around a month.

So, just curious as to how one goes about having an active account. Because, as of now, I've been displaying banners without having mine displayed on other sites.

Assuming you refer to an account at the Japan Banner Exchange, I recommend you to sign up once again, provided your website is related to Japan (non-related content is reason no.1 for rejecting submitted sites).
