I'm in my 30's, and from Dallas, Texas, USA. Currently I work for the city.

I heard about this place as a place to help out on a lot of things Japanese. He was right about that.
I am trying to get a manga title of mine drawn. I have several companies interested, but they want a good artist to go with the writing.

Yes, quamp, I would also suggest that you have a good artist to do that, if that's what the companies want. Try contacting Kinsao....she can do a hell of a job on that...you can find her here and there on the forum; try looking in the entertainment section or some of the recent Post Your Picture posts in the Chit Chat fora.

I can call myself an artist, of sorts, but cannot do manga....
