飛べダコタ

Not sure this is the right place to post it, but I've read about this film (Fly, Dakota fly! in English) and I've been trying to get my hands on it, but I can't find it anywhere to watch online o purchase a copy, with English subtitles of course (my level of Japanese isn't, by far, good enough to watch a film in original language) Does anybody know where I could get my hands on a copy of it?
