Any fans of Asakura Daisuke out there? :music:
Who is Asakura Daisuke?
Thats a good question...
He's a famous Japanaese composer, producer,
mixer, keyboardist, and vocalist. His style is
an unique, energetic, techno-rock mix.

He also read my e-mail in wrote to him
(in English) on Japanese TV. I have the
video clip if you need proof. I'll even send
it to you if you like.

I've never heard of him and I can't find much on him. If it isn't too much trouble, I would like to hear something. I'm willing to try just about any kind of music.

I don't post these but, here are some
music videos and live concert clips.
Not much, but it's a nice little preview.



This station includes bands/singers
he composes, music arranges, mixes,
and produces, know as "DA family".

For example: RUN&GUN, Yuki Kimura,
Takashi Fujii, Kinya Kotani, Yousuke Sakanoue,
The Seeker, Pool Bit Boys, and T.M. Revolution.

The station also plays DA's new and older solo
works, songs that he composed for the Gravitation
Soundtrack and his two previous bands, Iceman and Access.

AHHH i noe him... he was the one who produced some gravitation music huh?!! oOo i read his name a lot of times when i was lookin for daichi kuroda stuff!!! hes a great composer and singer!!! both daichi and daisuke

Yes!

For example: The Seekers members,
Kenichi Ito, and Daichi Kuroda worked
with Asakura on a few songs for the
Gravitation soundtrack.

K.ITO + D.K
(Daichi Kuroda and Kenichi Ito)
did the Gravitation song, Sleepless Beauty.

Mad Soldiers was Kenichi Ito
and Asakura Daisuke. They did music
for Kotani Kinya,the singer behind
most of the Gravitation songs.

While Asakura was the main
composer, producer, and mixer
for Gravitation songs and soundtrack.

alo!!! Glad I found this thread here...i couldn't find much of Asakura Daisuke in other sites...he's the best vocalist//composer//songwriter//producer I've ever heard of!!!...*big praises to him*... His music is distinctive and nice, (happened to be the kind of music I couldn't get enough) especially the work he has done in Gravitation anime and for his DA family...*started listening to Iceman, Access, Kinya Kotani, The Seekers and TM Revolution when i heard he's the main producer for them^^"*...since then, 'Asakura~ism' has been spreading among my friends (poor them, listening me babbling bout Asakura Daisuke all day long)...
...thanks for bringing such wonderful music to us, DA!!! (love your version of Mickey Mouse March theme)...and thanks for creating this thread!!!

but his really good he has a very unique voice

that is SO cool that he replied to your mail... someone of his status has to be stupidly busy @.@

i'm a big fan of mad soldiers (especially their stuff with Kotani Kinya!!!!), T.M. Revolution, K.ITO + D.M. and i'm jsut getting into The Seekers, but their stuff is great too!
god... i can't belive not many people know him!!!!!
(though i suppose i only really know him because of my obsesivly obsessive obsession with Maki Murakami and Gravitation XD - yes, it was necessery to use that many 'obsessive's XD)

o god, i admire the man SO much, i'd love to write him, but i'd have N O idea where to begin

Ooo I wouldn't mind seeing the clip of him reading your letter. Did he read it in English?

I really wish that him and Takanori would stop fighting and get back together. They were amazing together...*sigh* u_u
