MEXT (文部科学省) has set up this page that lets you "play" through a satellite launch mission. It's a bit kiddy, but it has the advantage of subtitling everything verbatim, so you can read along with what's being said. Also, they use furigana a lot too, so you can check readings of kanji. The downside, though, is that it plays at its own pace, and as far as I can tell, there's no way to stop it or rewind it. It's probably worth giving a shot at any rate, especially if you're interested in space.
