means "not,no"
到了---->reach,or have(...)
看到了 have seen
等到了 waited and finally got
抓到了 have caught
拍到了 have photographed
but 迟到了 you have to understand it as 迟到 了 ，be late
if you insist on translate the typo as I see,I would translate "字節伐到了" to "can't google it,zero result"
