Shimizu's Honjōzō greets the senses with a delicate aroma of dried fruits, leading to a rich and rounded experience on the palate. A delightfully sweet sensation complements its creamy texture and robust body, while the presence of umami and a hint of bitterness ensure a harmonious balance—a classic banshaku (晩酌, a regular evening drink) of the very best kind.
