This a winner of the 2017 Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Gold Award (ワイングラスでおいしい日本酒アワード), and it's worth gold every drop of it! Very mild and elegant nose and a voluminous taste of umami, with a slightly sour finish, quite reminiscent of gentle chardonnay.
