A gentle, mild nose with fruity notes of apple and pear compote alongside faint lactic hints. Medium-bodied with a silky texture. The entry feels lively and refreshing, driven by bright acidity and crispness. A light layer of fruity sweetness appears on the palate, recalling apples and pears once more.

The finish is long, ending with a slight sour tingle. As it reaches room temperature (around 18–19°C in the colder season), the crisp edge softens, and the flavour range expands. A touch of bitterness emerges, and the rice character becomes more noticeable. Being unpasteurised, it retains its vibrancy across the temperature range.
