Gentle and mild nose with faint lactic notes. Thick and creamy entry, slightly effervescent, leading into a full-bodied palate with a rich, velvety texture. Despite its dense, viscous character, the sake remains remarkably lively, showing an excellent balance of umami, acidity, and the rice's natural sweetness. The finish is clean and lingering, ending with a light sour tingle. Best enjoyed chilled to preserve its refreshing character.
