Kumazawa Shonan Ginjō is a sake brewed from Gohyakumangoku rice that has been milled to 60% of its original size. It has a subtle and gentle fragrance that is not typical of ginjō sake.
This sake has a gentle aroma of dried fruits, caramel and a hint of alcohol. It is dry on the palate but with a soft sweetness in the middle and a very smooth finish. It's nice to pair with food, but it doesn't leave a lasting impression.
