Pouring the "Water of Desire" unleashes whirling impressions of a fruit basket: strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and grapefruit peel are just some of the hints we could gather. And some green and minerals, too. The flavour is as overwhelming as the aroma: berries, apples, honey, caramel, and all more reminiscent of white wine than sake.
