Ver.7 was the first sake of the Nifuda series, garnering a lot of media attention around 2018/19. It strikes an outstanding balance between the elegant Yamadanishiki and the powerful energy of the Omachi rice. While relatively low in alcohol (13.5%), its refreshing and bubbly character still has a lot of fans.
