This is the flagship product of one of Japan's foremost breweries. You will find it in the shelves of most supermarkets and convenience stores. It is a mass product and, without doubt, very affordable. We loved its fragrance: it has a very fruity nose, however, we found its taste very light, on the brink of being "thin". It has a good balance of umami and acidity and a slightly sour finish. Despite its good characteristics, it feels like a watered-down version of a junmai ginjo.
