Hourai's Genius Chief Brewer's Spirit Sake is radiant gold with a fragrant bouquet of dried fruits and spicy herbs. A smooth and creamy texture with a full and rich flavour that bursts on the palate, followed by a gentle balance of sweetness and acidity that lingers with a pleasant bitterness.
