Fruity nose of green apples, pears and hints of melon, slightly high viscosity. Soft, creamy and silky with a somewhat weak attack, spicy and well-rounded with a smooth yet full mouthfeel and an intense flavour of Hidahomare. Short and bitter finish. Very tasty!
