Endo Comet Donati Hatsukumi Junmai Ginjō

Endo's Donati has a fruity nose of strawberry and melon and an elegant fruity aroma, mild acidity, refreshing sweetness, pleasant bitterness and a crisp finish with a slight spiciness. Excellent balance between moderate acidity and rice flavour.

This is the first sake in Endo's "Comet" series (Donati, Halley, and Bennett) which are, in fact, all Gundam characters.
