Endo's Bennett is the top sake in their Comet line. All 'comets' are based on characters from the Gundam anime series. It has a floral scent with fruity notes and is very mild when chilled and a tad richer at room temperature, well-rounded, with a pleasant sweetness. Overall, it is very mild and elegant, with hidden umami, perhaps a little too mild for those preferring more robust flavours.
