I cooked up some of the gyoza I made this weekend today. Seeing as I froze them, I figured that deepfrying them would be the easiest way to cook them up. Although I have to admit that with this recipe, I like frying them on a frying pan much better. They were good, though!

(There were six, but I ate one before taking this picture.)

Hahaha I dont know why but I feel like taking those Gyoza and arranging them into the shape of the Sydney opera house for some reason XD

おいしそう!食べたい!!

Hmm, the next (?) time, I'll teach you how to fold the fringes so that the gyoza stands up on the plate like in an authentic Chinese restaurant!!

wow Ossan kun ! finally you got a pic ^^
looks good and deleciouse.
Thanks Ossan kun again ^^

epigene, thanks! I'll let you know next time I want to make gyoza! BTW, I make up some more gyoza today...but it wasn't so good. I tried to make yakigyoza, but I used too much water, so they turned into mush....but at least they tasted good.

Hezam, yeah, thanks to your suggestion I got my camera out. Thank you!
