I came across this label which I was told came off a WWII ammunition box but I don't think so, as it's cloth.
Can someone help with the translation so I can identify it correctly? Many thanks!

耳納高原病院
53. 6. 福岡病院寝具協業組合
フジメンK.K.納入

Minō Kōgen Hospital
June 1953 (or 1978) Fukuoka Hospital Beddings Cooperative Association
supplied by Fujimen K.K.

The hospital still exists.

EDIT
1) The hospital was established in November, 1972.
2) The cooperative association changed their name from the previous one 福岡県病院事業協同組合 to 福岡病院寝具協業組合 in July 1968, and changed again to the next one 福岡医療関連協業組合 in July 1995.
3) The company Fujimen K.K. (フジメン株式会社) was established in May 1954.

In conclusion, the date on the label is "June 1978". That's not in WWII, anyway.
