Writeing in Katakana and Kanji with sentances

Hey Budd I need to know what OS you are useing cause I have a laptop it runs windows 98 and I wanna write in japanese I got jamondo.exe and I can't find a japanese key board when I got to the keyboard section in the computer properties and that it has no japanese language how do I add japanese language?
