would you proofread my sentences?

1 Mike does whatever he wants to do.
2 I hope my father will carry out his promise.
3 The mayor had parking banned in this area.
4 This is a course for advanced students wishing to improve their English skills.
5 We hope to improve the quality of our products.
6 I need a permanent job.
7 The convenience store meets our daily needs.
8 He carried out what he said.
9 My mother buys whatever she wants.
10 Their quality of life was improved.
11 Any student can use this dictionary.
12 This milk is made into cheese.

All grammatically correct. I prefer 'The mayor banned parking in this area' and 'He did what he said' for 3 and 8.
 
Correct, but usually I hear this as "Mike does whatever he wants."

I think it's right, but usually I hear this as "He carried out what he said he would."

I'd say that too, but Hirashin's students are rather low level, so I made the suggestion as simple as possible.
