Q2.4 Are you watching TV every day?
Is grammatically OK, but has a somewhat different nuance / usage, so it is OK to treat it as an incorrect answer.

Q2.8 just / got / back / from
is also OK, but I don't expect that your students will write that answer.

Q2.10 "stayed AT the town" is unnatural, so I would treat "stayed at" as incorrect. If you taught it to your students as OK, though, you can treat it as correct if you want to.

Q2.14 in the third blank, "already" is also natural, so I would recommend treating it as an acceptable answer.

In what case, would "Are you watching TV every day?" have the same nuance as "Are you always watching TV?"?

The two questions "Are you watching TV every day?" and "Are you always watching TV?" DO NOT mean the same thing as each other.

"Do you watch TV every day?" is very natural English, and is the most appropriate translation for the Japanese you provided.
"Are you watching TV every day?" is grammatically fine, but is not a natural translation for the Japanese you provided.

Using google, I found a set of sentences where the "are you watching" version of the question is natural:

"Are you watching television every day? Spending time on Facebook? You could be earning money instead."

Here, the focus is on how a person is choosing to spend his/her time, so this form of the question is appropriate.
