I know someone who has this katana sword, and I wonder whether anyone in this forum would be able to help me to read the writing written in this katana.. It would be very great of anyone can tell me with whom should I ask about this katana..

That's a poorly made fake. Those all characters on the cloth, metal plate and sword were made imitating kanji or hanzi. That's neither Japanese nor Chinese.
