Working directly for a nursery school

Hello everyone.

I would like to start working directly for a few nursery schools in the morning. It would just be a few hours a week to supplement my income. The problem is I have no idea what the going rate per hour is if you sign a contract directly with a nursery.

Is anyone knowledgeable in this area?
