I'm not sure if this is right, but I see in anime, like grace is like "Itadakimasu" and after your done eating, its like "Gochousama!" or something. kekeke

Itadakimasu is said before a meal (or even a drink/snack) as a polite way of expressing thanks for the meal. I'm sure someone can give you a direct translation.
Gochisousama (deshita) is said after the meal (or drink/snack)
Neither have religious meaning like saying grace does. It's just a very nice polite way to say thanks.
