Where can I find subtitles for Juon?

Okay, so I downloaded a 1 CD version of Juon off Emule. Unfortunately, English subtitles aren't included. I've checked various subtitle sights and I can't find any that will actually work with Divx Subtitle Displayer. Does anybody know where I can find the subtitles for this movie? I really want to watch it.

I have a file in .srt format that works either on BS player or Crystal player.
